• Billing information, handled entirely by Stripe (we do not store your card details)
• Basic technical data such as IP address, for security and fraud prevention

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate the videos, audio, and insights you request
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send account-related emails, such as sign-in links and billing notices
• Improve and maintain the Service
• Detect and prevent misuse, such as attempts to upload prohibited photo content

3. Third-Party Services We Use

To provide Dreamloom's features, your data is shared with the following third-party service providers as necessary to deliver the Service:

• Supabase — account authentication, database storage, and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Google Gemini — dream analysis, content moderation, and script generation
• Apiframe / Kling — AI video generation
• Replicate — premium tier AI video generation
• ElevenLabs — AI voice and audio generation
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Railway — application hosting

Each of these providers processes data according to their own privacy policies and security practices. Photos and dream descriptions may be processed by these third-party AI systems in order to generate your content.

4. Photo Handling

Photos you upload are stored securely and used only to generate your requested content. Uploaded photos are automatically screened to detect and block images of public figures before being used in generation, as described in our Terms of Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your dream entries, generated content, and account data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections and secure third-party infrastructure, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Dreamloom is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a child's data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
